For all of my Arbonne clients:
Due to being very part time with the company the past 3 years I missed my renewal fee by 11 days. Granted that was also after my grace period but there was one other time several years ago this happened but I did not lose my down line. Now I know that was all on me and Arbonne has their policies, of which I haven't kept up with the changes, but I would think after 14 years with this company that when I did pay my renewal fee IMMEDIATELY they would put my 14 years of down line back under me which was always the policy in years past. Unfortunately that is not the case.
If you are a Preferred Client with me, could you please contact Arbonne at 1-800-arbonne and have them move you back under my consultant ID 19206257?? I would greatly appreciate it and I apologize for the inconvenience. Or, you could re-sign up with a new email, unless that has changed also, on my website www.rekaminnich.arbonne.com
I love this company! Anyone who knows me knows how passionate I am about the products. There seriously is no other product out there like Arbonne. People who research clean, healthy products and look into ingredients and sourcing understands my statement. This company is absolutely amazing with their integrity and strict standards. There really is no other product that comes close to how clean and healthy their formulations are.
I feel completely defeated. I really don't think I have it in me to start completely over again.
