Good nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. Here are some tips from Dr. Duffy:

1. Stop eating processed food with added sugar.
2. Eat a variety of real whole foods.
3. Keep your portions within limits.
4. Drink 1⁄2 your weight in ounces of water every day.

It’s time to remember that #1: no one is perfect and #2: it’s 100% PERFECT to just start where you are. As many individuals (and families) will be starting the 6-week Twell fitness challenge this there may be days that you can only squeeze in 10 minutes of exercise or you save the educational video to watch later and forget about it. Or maybe, you get sick, a child needs your attention, or you are coming up on a deadline for work and exercise is pushed off until tomorrow. IT’S OK!!! YOU CAN STILL COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE!!! You are still amazing and have an incredible potential. Tomorrow is a new day and a new start 💪 YOU’VE GOT THIS! Here’s to starting again with new energy for a better you. Here are our answers: you can download the FREE ebook anytime! Many of us on the Twell Staff chose to start on Monday to have Sunday as our rest day, but the schedule you choose is 100% up to you. You might want to tell your friends and family about it and choose a start date together! The options are endless and we want to hear your story!
