Good nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. Here are some tips from Dr. Duffy:
1. Stop eating processed food with added sugar.
2. Eat a variety of real whole foods.
3. Keep your portions within limits.
4. Drink 1⁄2 your weight in ounces of water every day.
