One of our favorite Go To snacks!! Easy to pack up and take to school or work! Power Protein Balls!
2 cups Rolled Oats
1 scoop of protein powder
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Flax Seeds
I tbsp vanilla (or scoop of vanilla protein powder for more Protein!)
I cup peanut butter
1/4 cup raw honey or maple syrup
Optional: 1/2 cup Enjoy Life GF and DF chocolate chips
Mix dry ingredients first
Add wet ingredients next and roll into balls (about 15)
Refrigerate
Most importantly....Scarf!!
