Her Untamed Story is a one-on-one equine presence practice for women and teen girls — three sessions in the pasture, each followed by an integration call, aligned with one thread of your life (which we’ll formulate in the first session) followed with care and honesty.

You might be navigating a life transition — a relationship, a career, an identity that no longer fits. You might be a caretaker or leader who has spent so long holding space for others that you’ve lost the thread of your own inner life. You might be a young woman standing at a threshold, trying to hear your own voice beneath everyone else’s expectations.

🫶A Word From the Pasture 🫶

It’s not unusual for something to shift quietly in that space with a horse. It may be a breath that finally releases or tears that arrive without warning. There’s a clarity that wasn’t there before. Being in the presence of horses has a way of connecting you back to yourself. That’s the gift.

One of our offerings at the farm is sessions with the horses designed to be nourishing for your wellbeing.
Equine Facilitated Coaching (EFC) is a ground-based, experiential approach to personal exploration and development.

No riding, no prior horse experience needed. Sessions take place in the open pasture at Mountain Spring Farm, where you and the horses share the same unhurried space.

Rooted: A Nervous System Reset


When? Saturday, June 20, 9:00am - Noon

Where horses, healing sound, and the Blue Ridge Mountains meet.

I’ve watched horses do something I can only describe as a gift. A woman walks into the pasture with the weight of something in her life pressing in, her shoulders up, breath shallow, eyes busy. Then in a just a few moments, something shifts. A horse moves close. Her breathing slows to match the horse’s. Her shoulders drop and her eyes soften. She didn’t do anything. The horse just... what? Maybe offered a different way of being, showed regulation, and her body accepted and released somehow.

That’s what this experience is is built around. We combine that with therapeutic sound — singing bowls and tuning forks that work directly with the nervous system — and three unhurried hours on the farm in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Enjoyed offering a Soul Song session at the Healing House this evening. Sometimes I think it’s as relaxing and therapeutic for me as it is for the client. Really deeply immersing myself with the experience of playing the singing bowls and going with the flow of Spirit is peaceful beyond words.
