To be clear…people ask me all the time if my 10 year old twin boys are identical. They absolutely are not, despite many strangers at Target trying to convince me otherwise.

But if all the insane questions twin parents get asked, this one takes the cake every time. In my opinion.

What do you say and how do you say it without laughing??

I swear, these kids will literally shed each other’s blood if one gets a sticker that the other one wants

Even if they have the exact same toys, they will still fight over them.

But when 7pm rolls around, they all of a sudden want to team up and fight bedtime like it’s their life’s mission

Whats the wildest thing your twins have done to avoid bedtime? LMK in the comments.

Let me guess what happened at your house tonight...

You started the bedtime routine at the same time like you’re supposed to. Bath, books, songs - the whole thing.

One twin finally closes their eyes.

And just as you think you’re in the clear... the other one starts crying again.

Now you’re stuck. Do you pick up the crying twin and risk waking the one who just fell asleep? Do you let them cry and watch them both melt down?

So you stay. Rocking. Shushing. Praying they both stay asleep long enough for you to sneak out.

An hour later (maybe more), you finally make it out of their room. It’s 9pm. You’re exhausted. And you’re tip-toeing around your own house terrified to make a sound.

Then by 11pm? They’re both awake again anyway.

Here’s what I know: You’re not doing anything wrong.

You’re doing exactly what you think you’re supposed to do.

But there are 3 mistakes almost every twin parent makes that actually CREATE this cycle - and keep you stuck in that room for hours every single night.

I made all 3 of these mistakes for 6 months with my own twins. I thought this was just “twin life.”

Until I figured out how to fix them.

That’s what I’m teaching inside my free live workshop.

Inside the workshop, you’ll learn:

✅ The #1 mistake that keeps one twin waking the other (and what to do instead)

✅ The method that works for twins - even if they are in the same room, you have an older kid, or are a single parent

This is a core fear for twin parents: the babies waking each other up

But what if I told you that once you move past that fear, your twins will actually learn to sleep better?

This is exactly what we are talking about next week in the Free Twin Sleep Method Masterclass.
