As the Wheel turns toward Samhain, the air grows still, and the veil between worlds thins to a silken breath.

Read and tell stories. 📖
Traditionally, on cold, dark nights, this is how the folk shared in creativity and entertainment.

Write and Journal 📔
Focus on what you want to bring with you to nourish in the colder months. What do you want to grow? What would you like to release? What cycles would you like to close?

Talk to your benevolent ancestors ⭐️
Bake bread and invite them to cook with you.
My ancestors love helping me bake and cook. Think about all of the food that has survived generations. It’s a line of connection.

Singing and music 🎹
What is a song that your Grandmother used to sing? Music echoes. It transcends time.
