Originally, we were planning to be open for the day, but all afternoon appointments were rescheduled, so we will be closing at 12pm today (Monday January 26th). We will resume normal operations tomorrow at 8am

🌟 Ranger Dane to the Rescue! 🌟
This past weekend, our amazing veterinary technician, Dane, turned into a wildlife hero when he saved a Great Blue Heron in distress!
While out and about, Dane heard what he thought was a bird scuffle. Upon closer inspection, he discovered a heron entangled in fishing line, likely caught in the tree by a fisherman. Without hesitation, Dane sprang into action, carefully freeing the bird.

After a short rest in the bushes, the heron was back to soaring in no time with no injuries at all!
We’re so proud of Dane’s quick thinking and compassion for wildlife. Check out the incredible video of his rescue below!
