It takes a look at some of the trends that aren't really all that healthy for you. I've actually done a couple of these and realized the error of my ways before I did some real harm. Who else is feeling the dog days of winter crunch? Are you finding excuses to skip workouts, dig into ice cream while sitting on the couch watching women's figure skating to the song "Send in the clowns"? I found a good article "How to Bust Your 6 Biggest excuses" from Beachbody. It will help you see through some of your own excuses. (I'm stumbling on a lot of great articles and nuggets recently.)
