Caitlin Schiebel is a hip hop teacher with 15 years of group fitness instruction and over 20 years of teaching dance, cheer, and tumbling to our local youth. After becoming certified in Zumba and Zumba Toning in 2011, she blended her love for hip hop movement into the group fitness space and Hip Hop Cardio was born.
She’s passionate about bringing her students joy and sharing just how healing dance can be and she will absolutely show you why twerking is a spiritual practice.
