Caitlin Schiebel is a hip hop teacher with 15 years of group fitness instruction and over 20 years of teaching dance, cheer, and tumbling to our local youth. After becoming certified in Zumba and Zumba Toning in 2011, she blended her love for hip hop movement into the group fitness space and Hip Hop Cardio was born.

She’s passionate about bringing her students joy and sharing just how healing dance can be and she will absolutely show you why twerking is a spiritual practice.

1️⃣ To participate in the 4-week Iron Yoga program, you must take the workshop.
2️⃣ If you’ve already taken the workshop, you’re absolutely welcome to join the 4 classes at a separate cost.

We are honored to welcome a master instructor .naked.esthetician to guide us through a full weekend immersion into Primal Flow.
A powerful vinyasa-based practice that bridges intelligent sequencing with instinctual, embodied movement.

Primal Flow builds heat through intentional holds and grounded, strength-based patterns. You’ll learn how to layer fire and control, how to root before you rise, and how to create structured intensity that safely leads the body toward release. When that release comes, the nervous system recalibrates. The body opens. Everything drops.

This style is designed to bring students back home to themselves. Expect to leave feeling spacious, deeply grounded, clear, calm, and fully present.

This certification is open to existing teachers looking to expand their offerings and refine their ability to guide embodied movement. You do not need a 200-hour certification to attend. If you feel called to this work, if this style speaks to something instinctual in you, you are welcome here.

For those who aren’t joining the full training, we’ll also be offering community masterclasses so you can experience Primal Flow firsthand and feel the practice in your own body.

This is more than a weekend of movement. It’s a recalibration. A return to instinct. A deeper understanding of how to build fire, create space, and guide others back into their bodies.

Bailey found yoga by accident and quickly found her way home. What started as a fun class with a friend turned into a deep devotion to movement, breath, and the roots of the practice. After four years of practice, she completed her 200-hour teacher training in India, where she immersed herself in traditional Hatha yoga and philosophy.

Her classes balance strength and softness, effort and ease ,weaving breathwork, creative sequencing, and groovy playlists to help you drop into your body and connect inward. Bailey loves the earth, art, adventure, and meaningful time with friends, and she brings that same grounded, playful energy to her teaching.
