In this dream I was about 10 years old in my bed at night with a nightlight on and this black curly hair began quickly growing up between my mattress and the headboard. I screamed and ran out of the room and I awoke with my heart beating loudly!
Then I remembered in my Jungian studies Carl Jung had talked about Active Imagination and how to go back into your dream and face whatever it was that drew your attention....So I did
I went into that bedroom, walked to the bed and looked uner it and there was a young man sitting with a notebook on his lap writing. I asked him "What are you doing under my bed?"
He looked up at me with such love it took my breath away and he replied "I am writing your Life"
Then He said "Jennifer--I write you a letter each night and put it in your bedside stand and you are not always reading them....."
I looked at him realizing this is my Dream Maker that has been with me through all the lives I have ever lived.....and will be with me forever--He loves me like no other and knows all about me!

Sojourns in Other Worlds & Realities
My first regression was with a fellow student of Delores Cannon and he regressed me and I came out in a reality in deep space. I was part of a huge being that felt female and her name was Anamya. She was more like a Nebula than a planet and her form was of gaseous substance not solid earth or rock.. She seemed to have the shape of an octopus-like form with many arms coming from a central core and I had not a singular form but was part of her. She was of color and sound and ever present music as of a symphony---- every note or chord had a color and a form and a sound and a feeling and there was constant movement and morphing-- and they were all connected...and I was part of this-- and you could hear and experience the whole thing at once--not one note or one chord at a time as in our reality here on earth......and I miss that.....living in this huge cloud of color and music and euphoria and never lonely or separate.....
and it is a mysterious thing that I have this connection to bioluminescent cuttlefish, octopus and jellyfish----the shapeshifting and camouflage--and fluid movement of these creatures and there is a love I feel for them------Once in front of a large tank of jellyfish I put my hands on the glass and merged with them and they gathered to me and they synchronized with my heartbeat and I went into a trance state with them......I learned scuba diving and liked the feeling of breathing underwater and the trancelike feeling it had----
another time at an aquarium at Point Defiance in Tacoma, Washington I put my hands on the glass of a huge tank with a Giant Pacific Octopus and he came out from between the rocks pulled down a milk carton from the surface and sat on it and looked at me and reached out two of his tentacles and put them on my hands--I felt this love--and the next time I came a couple weeks later he came out and put his mouth on my hands.....again the love connection occurred.
Once in the Bahamas when I was snorkeling my bathing suit filled with these tiny little jellyfish and they left little round pink circles on my skin as I swam thru clouds of them in the ocean.......later when I saw the movie ARRIVAL and the heptapod creatures and how they communicated telepathically thru ink---I again felt myself immersed in this watery like trance of being a part of Anamya..
We are truly Multidimensional Beings with a mysterious history (herstory in this case)

This last week I had a 84 year old lady come to do a Past Life Regression. She was born at the beginning of WW II in England near Stonehenge.
She is an open-minded woman who has been a successful business woman, well traveled, and lives with her husband who she met in South Africa.. She had never done a Past Life Regression before and felt drawn to do one now. Her Subconscious took her to three past life scenarios.:
First one was as a young military man and she kept saying "I am not supposed to be here" It was confusing--It turned out she was in training for learning to parachute and landed in enemy territory-with a head injury--went out of body and woke up in prison and eventually died
Second one was as a Priestess of Stonehenge teaching a circle and Druid men and all the stones were standing at that time.---She later escaped near death by becoming invisible --and then the fall of the power of Stonehenge, and she led a group of people to an island to start a new community.
Third one started with confusion again as there was a lively bearded man in a pub singing and she said--" that is not who he is". the man was pretending to be something he was not. He was a priest incognito and trying to escape persecution and then there was confusion as to whether he had killed a man to protect himself.

As I then asked permission to talk with her Subconscious asking why it had brought forth these lives to look at---she expressed a deep sadness---I asked her to go into the sadness--she did. She remembered that there was a secret in this life that she had hidden and told lies to cover...and how deeply painful it is to live a lie--and it resulted in a confusion and not knowing what the truth was after awhile.
When she came out of trance she looked brighter and much clearer to me and I think she let go of a burden she has been carrying.

This is one of the benefits of Past Life Regression--it gives our
Soul an opportunity to look at our lives-- for we have lived many....and bring to the surface of our Consciousness from the Subconscious---what is important for us to know now----our strengths and weaknesses---traumas and secrets ( among the deepest things that we press down) to heal and clear so that we can move on in our growth and development.

I want to share what a woman that I did a Past Life Regression session with has just sent to me:
I initially had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer in 2021 when we made arrangements to stay in a room that she rents out in her home for the weekend. At that time, I had already been deeply intrigued by QHHT for a number of years, having studied the teachings of Delores Cannon. It was quite coincidental that upon my arrival and engaging in conversation with Jennifer, I discovered that she had received training from Delores herself. Not only that, but she kindly offered to conduct a session during my stay. I must admit I was filled with great enthusiasm, although little did I realize the immense impact this would have on me.
During our initial session, Jennifer expertly guided me through the recollection of three past lives. The first of these lives was an incredibly arduous journey, fraught with immense pain and suffering, which tragically concluded with me taking my own life while being pregnant. Despite the emotional intensity of this revelation, I derived profound insights and developed a deeper understanding of myself and the karmic debts associated with that particular life. The subsequent two lives were deeply as impactful.
What struck me the most during this experience were the overwhelming emotions and sensations that coursed through me. It was truly a surreal encounter. Throughout the entire session, Jennifer provided a secure and nurturing environment, ensuring that I felt safe and at ease. Her wealth of knowledge is truly remarkable, as she possesses a remarkable ability to delve deep into the core of the issues you bring to her.
It took me several months to fully process and internalize the session. Even now, I occasionally stumble upon something in my readings or listen to a recording that instantly resonates with what transpired during that session.
I did explore a few sessions with other practitioners, but somehow I found myself irresistibly drawn back to Jennifer each time. Her gift for comprehending and assisting others on a level that I have never experienced before is truly extraordinary.

On our 40 acre farm where Mark and I live we have a large pond. There is a campsite we have created here on the edge of this pond where people come to pitch a tent and rest....or you can sit and Pond-er on one of the chairs or the bench .....lay on the lounge or in the hammock
A statue of Buddha oversees on the opposite side as does a statue of Quan Yin and Venus and the Griffin Lion Bird........

This pond
that graces this farm
where we dwell
and spring water fills it
to drink as well

the peace and the quiet
reign here you see
and you sleep so very well
or walk peacefully
and a blue heron visits
and my ducks swim around
and stillness has its quiet sound

the hum of a dragonfly
the croak of a frog
the robins song
as she sits on a log

my muscove named Gray Lady
will stop by and demand
and I give to you her favorite food
the peanuts she loves
and she will eat right from your hand

the turtle that lives here
will often rise
and float in the middle
to see
as will the catfish
that swim leisurely

Come and rest your body
and ease your soul by the still pond water
under fir trees tall
take off your shoes and feel the ground
come home to your self
and walk around

visit the cows
gaze at the sheep
then close your eyes
and drift off to sleep
