What works for your best friend, your favorite influencer, or even your trainer might not be what your body needs. And that’s OK. In fact, that’s exactly how it’s supposed to be! Age, gender, genetics, and environment all play a huge role!
We all have different goals, schedules, stress levels, hormone responses, food sensitivities, and motivators. That’s why it’s so important to ditch the “perfect plan” mindset and start tuning into your body and your lifestyle.
What matters most?
• That you’re moving in a way that feels good and challenges you.
• That you’re fueling your body with food that energizes you—not punishes you.
• That you’re taking care of your mental health along with your physical health.
