Pleurotus pulmonarius-- better known as the Pheonix Oyster! About 4 months ago I found some of these beautiful fungi growing in my backyard so I decided to take some tissue cultures and put them on agar! After months of hard work I am able to see the fruits of my labor! I will have some blue oysters and lions mane here in the near future!

As the summer Market Season comes to an end I have learned a lot and realized where my business needs work! So for the next 6 weeks or so I am going to tidy things up and start bringing y'all the best!

I am extremely grateful for the opportunities given to me by many of you. With that being said, stay tuned because I am just getting started!

Thank you to everyone who came out today to the STAR FALL FESTIVAL! I am out of fresh microgreens as of now but I do have some growing which should be ready some time next week. I wont get into the details about everything right now as I am exhausted and plan on eating pizza.

It is a beautiful day out here at the STAR FALL FESTIVAL! Come check everybody out, we will be out here until 3 today. There is food, beer, live music, car show and a bunch of local businesses!

My very first indoor harvest of Pheonix Oysters . Earlier this summer I had some growing in my garden so I decided to take some cultures and put them onto agar. Roughly 2 months later we now have our harvest.

Right now I currently have more in the fruiting chamber and I am transferring some spawn mix onto substrate tonight to keep the flow of Oysters going. I am also working with lions mane so you will see that in the near future as well.

We have MUSHROOMS! and a beautiful boquet of Nasturtium Microgreens! I will have a video update this afternoon for my plans and market this coming weekend!

I have some extra Purple Rambo Radish and Speckled Pea micros that are ready to be harvested and put on a plate or in a smoothie. The american flag leeks will be done in a few days! I am charging 6$ per 8oz container. And I am doing deliveries if you buy 5 or more. The price drops to $5 bucks a piece if you buy more than 5.

I am letting my oyster mushrooms colonize on the substrate a little longer before I show some progress on those!
