📢 Now Hiring: Noble County Land Bank Director

The Noble County Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) is seeking a motivated and community-focused individual to serve as the Noble County Land Bank Director.

This is a part-time 1099 contractor position (up to 20 hours per week) with compensation of up to $24,000 annually.

🔹 About the Role:
The Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Noble County Land Bank, including:
• Managing property acquisition, maintenance, and redevelopment
• Coordinating meetings, records, and communications
• Assisting with grants, financial tracking, and compliance
• Working with local officials, community members, and partners

🔹 Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about community development. Experience in administration, real estate, property management, or local government is a plus.

The Noble Co. Community Improvement Corporation is conducting a survey seeking community input for the redevelopment of the Sarahsville School brownfield site once demolition is completed.
