Hello everyone, I hope you are having a beautiful day so far. I wanted to share a quick movement tip with you all today, especially if you have been doing a lot of new exercises that really work your legs. It is incredibly helpful to elongate and keep the front of your body open to support all that hard work. Please make sure you are taking deep breaths as you do this. One thing to watch out for when you bring your leg back is gripping your glutes. So many of us hold tension right there without realizing it, and we really want to focus on opening up that space instead. Just take it nice and slow, and remember to shake it out before moving to the other side. I would love to hear if you try this out at home.

I want to invite you to stop where you are and take a look at how you are using your energy. We are always trying to do more, but we forget to ask if we are actually replenishing what we give. When you run out of energy to show up, it catches up with your health, your relationships, and your creativity. I wanted to share this thought with you because I know how many of you are the rocks for your families and your workplaces. You work hard and you show up for everyone, but sometimes that high performer lifestyle comes with a hidden cost. I see this all the time, and I want to remind you that sleep is not always enough to fix the kind of exhaustion that comes from deep burnout. If you feel like you are running on empty even after a long nap, it might be time to look at how you are replenishing your energy throughout the day. You cannot keep pouring from an empty cup no matter how much of a perfectionist you are.

I have been thinking a lot about how our physical and emotional states impact our daily lives. In my work, I see energy management as an essential tool for keeping our energetic systems expansive and healthy. It is not just about physical stamina, but about looking at what our physical body, mind, and spirit require to thrive. Understanding when to release energy and when to ground yourself can bring a wonderful sense of balance to how we show up in our work and personal lives. I encourage you to check in with your system today and give yourself the specific type of restoration you need.

I was reflecting today on how easy it is to completely burn through our energy, especially because we’re not usually taught the skills to refuel ourselves.

Sometimes it happens after a really intense work project, but so often I see it happen to people who are pouring all of their love into caregiving. In Chinese medicine, there is such a beautiful and gentle approach to healing this.

We focus on clearing out the stagnation and replenishing ourselves so deeply that we can operate from a place of overflow instead of exhaustion. When we live from that overflow, we protect our deepest energy reserves for when we truly need them.

I often talk about the importance of intuition, but the very first step in developing that skill is learning to really tune into your physical body.

We all receive different symbols and feelings based on the lives we have lived, which means your path to understanding your body signals will be completely unique to you. If you can find the time to slow down and listen, you might be surprised at how much your body is already trying to communicate with you.

It is a journey of practice and patience, and I would love to know if you are starting to recognize your own body's language.

Happy Earth Day 🌎 May we anchor peace in ourselves.

In Qigong it’s so easy to pull from your shoulders and this is something I’m ALWAYS working on - relaxing the shoulders and bringing the movement from Earth, through feet, through and legs, as I’m anchoring and rolling through my back with each movement.

Hi friends! 🌻 Let's take a deep breath and talk about the key to everything we are seeking.

It's not out there—it's in here. It’s all about going deeper into our connection with our true, beautiful selves. When we allow ourselves to be truly present, our intuitive gifts just naturally bubble up. 🌊

It's really just about learning to tune your frequency to a different resonance. And the best news? Once you learn how to feel that resonance, it becomes like muscle memory! You can go back to it whenever you want, and eventually, you just end up living there.

Today, I want to invite you to look at Action vs. Alignment. Always make sure you are stepping into your alignment before you take an action. Let the action come out of that peaceful space.
