simple summer pleasures 🌺

I’ve been focusing on creating just for my heart lately, for my health, for creativity’s sake & I have realized how much I fell out of that practice.

For the last three years I have been focusing my craft towards my purpose- my calling & my gifts. That has been so rewarding and it’s burnt me out 🕯️

I’ve created over 35 meditations through .app and as the doors close to a project I held so close - poured so much love, care, attention, devotion, artistry in… I know all the growth lessons, are yet another stone on the path & a vision born through true intent will rise again - in new form.

As I drink in the slowness & feel the grief of an ending, I remember everything is continually taking new form and to be patient in each season - feeling it all.

Hosted on Zoom for an hour of subconscious healing and introduction to the new mentorship program, Embodiment, which is launching the Spring Cohort on April 15th.

At the beginning of our time together, we will discuss the upcoming program and enter into hypnosis, sound healing, and reiki experience, introducing what to expect within the mentorship.

The hypnosis journey will be focused towards meeting the Higher Self. The Higher Self is seen as a source of intuition, inner knowing, and authenticity, offering insights and direction for personal growth and spiritual evolution. By aligning with the Higher Self, individuals can access inner wisdom, clarity and a sense of purpose in their Lives.
