Hello my loyal Lovlies!!! I am BACK!!!

If you are still here on my Fina's World Page I want to send out a HUGE.... THANK YOU!!

Loyalty is EVERYTHING... Not just here but in all of our day to day. Always remember that. And I am very grateful that those of you that are still here have been here for the rollercoaster. You are so appreciated.

Also I want to apologize for not being here for at this point a couple of years? YES.... Life has been absolutely insane!... Since I have last been on here not sure if that was pre- Utah or not? Ya it's been a little more than a hot minute...lol! But for now and the last few years I have been in Utah and left Cali a while ago. Within that time life has thrown me for a loop to say the least.....

Since I moved to this beautiful state, I have incurred a couple of substantial injuries.. A few years ago I slipped and instead of just biffing it I caught myself harshly and long story short by planting and sticking my foot to the point that I tore my hamstring off my pelvis and had to have surgery to reattach it to my pelvis. Ya.......not fun.

Fast forward to when I was finally getting better over a year later and was like "YES!!... going to finally get to go back to training and work toward my regular life back in the gym.... another accidental injury took place this last December 2024. I am a GOOFBALL, and a CLUTZ. (Let's just get that out of the way). I was playing around with the fur babies and ran up over this giant bean bag that I have in my living room and caught my foot in the end of it and biffed it into the wall across from it that was literally 2 ft from the bean bag and slammed into the wall (Some how) with my right arm up in the air and completely ripped my arm out of socket at the shoulder to where it was only hanging by a nerve.

CRAZY.... Right? I never had an injury of this magnitude in my ever loving life!! Had to call 911 and from there ended up having a MAJOR surgery to reattach 3 of 4 tendons in my shoulder and 1 in my bicep. .... And that was about a month ago now.

I am slowly getting better, but it's' no walk in the park. Thankfully I have my background in injury rehab, because honestly I go into the ortho and or PT and I end up schooling them and I am making progress on my own at this point.....It is what it is.

So know that I didn't abandon you... life just got in the way. As I am sure that it has for many of you in these strange times. But I just wanted to drop by and let you know (it won't be over night).... But I am BACK!!!

So much is in the works!!! and Super excited!!! Here is my new business card for now... If you would like to reach out to me for any of my services! And if you are in Utah....Park City, Heber, Orem, etc......LET ME KNOW!!! I would love to get some real time in person clients!!!!

As I said the content here is going to change into many other genres. This JRE episode came out today and the guest is Royce Gracie! The Gracie family brought Brazilian Ju Jitsu to the US many decades ago and the family are all champion fighters. Funfact: Royce Gracie was in UFC #1.

To my family, friends and fans here on my Fina's World page... Know the love I have for you!!..... I have no words for your love and support .

Life has been insane for a few years now, but I am coming back...!

I am about to embark on a very different journey. It's going to be a beautiful journey through. A spiritual path that I got slapped up side the head with , finding out I am a natural born witch. But don't worry I only practice the good stuff (protection, healing and Tarot).

I am also going back to school as a refresher and get more pieces of paper. Because apparently paper is justification of your skills.... UGH. What ever.

I am also FINALLY working on writing my memoir. About my life. 50 pages in and barely scratched the surface! So do me a HUGE Favor....hit the like button and or comment below to get me back into your algorithm......

My promise to you as a supporter is that I will start posting content again, just please hit that like button. It does alot of good for me which let's me know that I have a base of peeps that want to hear what I have to say!

Happy Sunday!

So I have had an insatiable need to write SOMETHING.... but focus has been difficult due to LIFE....LOL

SO .... a friendly neighbor that I was blessed to check on ( I value her).... came from an energy space that I want to touch on..... Feeling Trapped.

Been there... DONE THAT...Will never allow myself to go THERE... EVER AGAIN.

Relationships for the most part are a slippery slope. You can surrender to things that you never "Signed up" for, you can compromise in ways that you PROMISED yourself.....you would NEVER DO. Lots of the times our hearts get in the way of what is actually the "Healthy Path" of our lives. AND when you are basically SUBMERGED in the SH*T....all you can do is "Tread"... rather than SWIM.

It F**KEN SUCKS.... to feel like you are just keeping your head above water rather than moving forward. But it happens all the time when your heart is involved. Whether it's present or was a while ago when you "Signed up" for the current situation. No one want s to go through this rollercoaster....let alone deal with the scenario of....."Is this it...??"..."Is THIS ... how my life is going to be from now til my last breath...?"

*SIGH*

As I say....Here is my 2 cents X $1.50.....you have 2 choices... you can choose the simple ( yet miserable) route, and continue in the current cycle that keeps you caged....OR.... you can work on the situation....in hopes to repair it.... OR....LEAVE.... Sorry My bad...That is actually 3 choices....lol

I am not here to break up relationships AT ALL. However, I am here to teach you to EVALUATE your scenario and take a GIANT "Step Back" and look from the outside ...IN.....WTF IS GOING ON!??

Self and Scenario EVALUATION are vital in leading a healthy and HAPPY LIFE.

Who doesn't want to be HAPPY...?? RIGHT!?

Sifting through the BS is never easy until you actually LEARN HOW.... and THAT....is an invaluable TOOL in "Life"

With a house full of sick individuals…. I almost got that BS!! …but loaded up on Vit C and a few other Supps (Gear Support and Adrenal Care from )…. And I kicked it in a day

Here is the recipe for the Tea…. Raw ginger, Turmeric, rosemary, Thyme, (fresh and organic…. I’m not a fan of dried)….lemon simmered…and added to a large tablespoon of raw honey and a slice of apple in the cup. … one cup down and 3of 3 people feel better….gave them 1 dose of the BSL LIPOSOMAL Vit C (1000 mg dose)…. I’m sure they will be fine tomorrow!!
