We like for our solutions to be quick.
But for better or worse, we’ve noticed something as chiropractors: the body has its own healing “priority list”.
And we don’t get to choose what it is, where it focuses, and how long it will take to finish its job.
It’s something you’ll hear us say often. We consider it when writing up care plans, and it’s even written in the original texts of chiropractic itself!
There is no process that does not require time! And we’ll throw this in: Healing can be downright messy, too.
So when it comes to health goals, keep that in mind! Going to the gym once can make you sore and you’ll most likely fall short in finishing your marathon.
Brushing your teeth once doesn’t guarantee great oral hygiene or fix cavities.
Yes, healthy habits can take time. And it might be messy. It takes commitment, dedication, hard work, grit, and effort... but they’re always worth it!
