Summer Yoga Series Begins July 12th 🌿
Ready to recommit to your wellness routine this summer? Join Kelly for this series!

πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Class Schedule (at Focused Mind & Body Fitness in Cambridge Springs):
Saturdays at 8:00 AM – Beginner Yoga
Perfect for first-timers or those new to their practice. This class focuses on body mechanics, modifications, and a slower pace.

Saturdays at 9:30 AM – Yoga Flow
A more active class for those with some yoga or fitness experience. Options to modify make it accessible for all levels.

Sundays at 6:00 PM – Gentle Yoga
Slow movements to calm the nervous system and reset for the week ahead.

If you’re a member at Focused Mind & Body Fitness, all yoga classes are included in your membership. Just sign up using the Chalk It Pro app, as you would a regular class.

Not a member? You’re still welcome! You can sign up for a yoga class through Focused Mind Body Fitness one of two ways:

Purchase a $60 yoga punch card (good for 5 classes, no expiration).

Or pay as you go, for $15 per class.

Meet the trainer!

My name is Amanda. I am a mom of 3 beautiful girls. I love animals, horses and dogs. Fact: before I was a fitness instructor. I taught horseback riding lessons for 10 years.

I started my own fitness journey back in 2021 and fell in love with fitness. From 2021 to 2022 I lost 50+ pounds, ran my first ever half marathon, and also found a love for lifting heavy.

It was not an easy journey. There were tears, sweat, self doubt, failing and getting back on track, and maybe a few curse words lol. If it wasn't for amazing coaches I had supporting me, giving me the knowledge I needed to succeed and even a shoulder to cry on, when I thought I couldn't keep going. I think it would of been another tried and failed moment.
They inspired me to want to become a coach to help others like they help me.

In 2022 I completed my ISSA personal trainer certification and started coaching/training on the side while working full time. I Girls Gone strong women health coach since 2024. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and Sociology, which I have gained tools to help with the mental side of the health and fitness journey. I am currently working on my PN L1 nutrition certification.

In fall 2022 I tore my ACL and had to have surgery in January 2023. I continued coaching through all of it. Now I am 2 years post surgery and getting back to my own fitness performance. I am running a half marathon in October 2025 and I am working towards all my Lifting PRs prior to surgery.

I am excited to continue my journey and help women in their own journeys to find themselves and create a healthy lifestyle that fits their life!

We are excited to announce our second annual Lifting to Feed Families event, following the success of last year's event, which raised over $1,800 from local sponsors, 50/50 tickets, and basket raffles.

Our goal for this year is to raise $2,000.

The event will be held on November 15, 2025, from 1pm to 3pm at Focused Mind and Body Fitness, 273 South Main Street, Cambridge Springs, PA 16403.

If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, purchasing 50/50 tickets, or donating a basket for the raffle, please contact Amanda at 814-573-7163 or speak with one of our students.

We will be accepting sponsors until October 1st, raffle basket donations until November 10th, and selling 50/50 tickets until the day of the event.

The event is open to the public, and we encourage you to attend and support our strong ladies as they lift, while also participating in our basket raffle and 50/50 ticket sales.
