Whoo hoo we made it! Congratulations on surviving the month that diet and wellness culture try to take over! If you have been trying to break up with diets or restrictive wellness plans, this month may have been extremely difficult. You made it through and now you can reflect and move forward.
Perhaps you spent the month reminding yourself why you are not going to fall prey to diet culture, or maybe you adopted a new health behavior that you like and want to keep doing. Wherever you are, welcome to February!
