🌸 Day 3: Spring Clean Your Gut

Let me ask you something…

Have you ever had a day where:

– your stomach feels off
– you’re bloated for no reason
– your energy is low
– your cravings are all over the place

…and you just feel off in your body?

Most people think that’s normal.

It’s not.

Your gut plays a role in so much more than digestion.

It affects:
• your energy
• your mood
• your skin
• your cravings
• your metabolism

And when your gut is struggling, everything else feels harder.

A few things that commonly throw it off:

– stress (this is a big one)
– processed foods
– inconsistent eating
– not enough water
– antibiotics

So today’s reset is simple:

🌱 drink more water
🌱 prioritize protein + whole foods
🌱 slow down when you eat (yes, this matters)
🌱 support your digestion consistently

One thing I personally love adding in is something that supports gut health without overcomplicating it.

Spring Cleaning Tip #1: Don’t Start Your Day Dehydrated

Most people wake up already dehydrated.

Then the first thing we do is drink coffee or some sort of caffeine (GUILTYYY)

No wonder we feel exhausted by mid-morning.

A simple reset:

💧 drink a full glass of water when you wake up
⚡ add electrolytes to help your body absorb that hydration
🥤 eat protein within the first hour

Small shifts like this can dramatically change your energy throughout the day.
