Summary Description:

We are seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA (Autism Spectrum Disorder) therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working 1:1 with children implementing specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills. With training, the BT will perform appropriate physical management to ensure the child's safety.

Required Experience and Education:

-Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
-1 year of ABA experience (preferred)
-1 year of experience working with children with disabilities (required)
-Must hold a valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation and the ability to travel up to (1) hour from your residence to provide services to clients.
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
