Sacred moments during the liminal space between emerging into the world together and final separation 🪷✨

Re-emergence into water is deeply important for baby. Returning to the known and familiar warmth of the waters encourages deep relaxation and expression of primal movements.

From a practical perspective when doing a full lotus separation, bringing Placenta into a warm bath with baby can soften the cord and bring ease back to movement.

Closing of the Bones is a ceremony that spans across time and culture, marking the end of a chapter of life. Birthing into motherhood is a rite of passage for women that was long-honored through ritual; honoring the Mother you now are and not the Maiden (or Mother) you were prior. This ceremony can be facilitated one-one-on or with a specially chosen circle of close sisters, to hold space and bear witness to you. The Closing of the Bones may be performed at any point in your postpartum life.

If you feel a pull to any of my offerings, please send me a DM ✨ I would love to set up a call to deepen into things with you 🌀🪽🤲🏼🪞

In addition to Sacred Bath, The Sacred Hour could also look like Mother sitting on the Queen’s Throne for a yoni steam, with blessed herbs. She will have an opportunity to tell her birth story— to be fully seen, held, and heard in this story telling— while experiencing the physical and spiritual benefits of an herbal steam. I will sit at your feet, laugh with you, dry your tears, braid your hair, while listening with an open heart. This ritual can be especially powerful if you have self-described birth trauma.

It is my deep intention that the Sacred Hour appointments I offer are part of a postpartum plan that brings mother deeper into connection with HerSelf and Her Baby through ceremony and ritual. Sacred Bath and Loving Infant Touch can be a part of that plan.

I will draw a warm, candlelit bath, steeped with specially chosen herbs. The Mother is encouraged to have baby join her in the bath, so that baby may also experience the effects of this ritual. Re-immersion into water is crucial for baby and can help encourage those primal instincts that are deep within us all.

Loving infant touch is simple, deep, and old; the technique spiraling from one generation to the next, on and on. This technique promotes relaxation, connection, presence, and well-being for Mother and Baby both.

Here for you 🪽🪞✨🕯️

Women! Do you feel the deep call to bring sacredness and ceremony to your life after birth? To have a woman sit at your feet and hear your story? To dry your tears? Braid prayers into your hair? I am here for you 🤲🏼🤎

I will be sharing in this space in greater depth about each of my Sacred Hour offerings in the coming days. Please feel free to contact me if any of my work resonates; I would love to meet with you and discuss your postpartum visionings 🌹✨

The first few weeks after baby is born holds so much potential for a deep bonding and imprinting that will last lifetimes- possibly spiraling from one generation to the next. My work in this world is to assist mothers in connecting with their babies- and their new Mother-Self- through sacred feminine practices 🤲🏼🌀🪽✨

Mother is shown here, connecting with and nursing her baby- who is crowned in rose petals- while telling her birth-story.

Postpartum today is often without ceremony. The first few weeks after birth can easily get lost in the to-do’s, the visitors, the laundry. Envision being held in a sacred container where healing, integration, and reverence for this portal of life can begin to occur. The Mother may then gift these states of being unto her baby.

I seek to offer an opportunity for mothers to connect not only with their babies, but also their new self as a Mother in a way they may not have thought possible. I bring reverence and ritual to the postpartum. I offer sacred bath, yoni steam with birth story telling, and loving infant touch- the technique which will be passed on to the Mother to continue offering her child in their daily life. Each of these offerings are conducted over the length of a Sacred Hour and it is my vision that each ceremony be performed at different stages of the postpartum window. If you have self-described birth trauma, any of these offerings can be modified to aid you on your path to healing.

Looking forward to deeply connecting with any Mother that feels drawn to this type of work 🤲🏼🌀✨
