August is Family Fun Month

Family dinners aren’t just about food, they’re about connection, comfort, and creating a safe space for teens to open up.

During Family Fun Month, let’s bring the importance of shared meals to the table, literally.

Studies show that teens who eat with family regularly are less likely to feel hopeless. Small moments make a big difference.

If you or someone you know needs support, Dial 988 or message “Got5” to 741741, because healing starts with one brave step.

Doing what's right for you might not match other's expectations—and that's okay. You know what you need, your limits, and your strength. Trust in yourself.

Strong people feel things. Let yourself feel what you need to feel, without judging it. That’s how emotions move through you without getting stuck.

Resilience means being real with your feelings—and giving yourself space to heal.
