Founded in 1989 by Howard and Marjory Jennings, Creative Alternative for Learning and Living, Inc. (CALL) is not just a nonprofit organization; we're a lifeline for developmentally disabled adults in the Atascadero area. As a level 4G/4I program, we provide round-the-clock care and supervision for individuals who depend on us for their well-being.

Our Mission and Impact:
CALL operates 5 homes and a dedicated day program, serving 4-6 residents per home. Our clients, many transitioning from state developmental centers or parental care, benefit from personalized behavioral support and skill development tailored to their needs. From community integration to daily living skills and communication, every aspect of our program is designed to empower and enhance independence.
