Day 78: Come back to sleep 😴 Sleep is essential for maintaining physical and mental health, supporting brain function, immune system strength, and tissue repair. It consolidates memories, improves cognitive performance, and regulates mood. Consistent, high-quality sleep prevents serious conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and obesity, while restoring energy and boosting alertness. 💤 To sleep better, maintain a consistent sleep schedule (even on weekends), create a dark, quiet, and cool bedroom is ideal and ban screens at least an hour before bed. Establish a relaxing, consistent wind-down routine—such as reading, taking a bath, or meditating—to prepare your mind and body for sleep.

Day 76: Come back to wellness 💚 Top wellness destinations for 2026 focus on longevity, nature-based healing, and “glow-cations” that prioritize long-term health, mental clarity, and rejuvenation over simple pampering. Top locations include Thailand for its affordable, ancient Thai healing, and Costa Rica and Bali for their deep connection to nature and holistic health.
