There are many ways, but one of my favorite ways to slow down my fast paced life is to sit and read. I’m in a book club with some of my greatest friends and it has been SO wonderful! Focus on the Sensation of Release: Direct your attention back to the feeling of air leaving your body—the warmth at the nostrils, the emptying of the lungs, or the belly drawing inward.

Day 21: Come back to the inhale 🫁 Returning to an inhale-focused meditation helps ground your attention in the present moment by centering your awareness on the sensation of air entering your body. Anchor Your Awareness: Choose one specific physical point to observe the inhale, such as:
The Nostrils: Feel the cool air entering.
The Chest: Notice the rise as your lungs fill.
The Abdomen: Feel the expansion of your belly against your hand or clothing.
Visualize Energy: As you inhale, imagine you are drawing in light, peace, or fresh energy.
