Meet Robyn.

Robyn joined Beltone in November 2017, bringing with her more than a decade of customer service experience from her previous role at Bath Fitter. Since then, she has become a familiar and welcoming face in our Camp Hill office, greeting every patient with warmth and treating them like family. She finds great fulfillment in helping people, whether through scheduling, answering questions, or ensuring each patient feels cared for from the moment they arrive.

Robyn’s dedication has been recognized through several internal awards, including the 2018 Pacesetter Award for maintaining high ethical standards and conscientious service, the 2023 Outstanding Achievement Award for her hard work and dedication, and the 2024 Master of Patient Experience Award for her exceptional commitment to creating an outstanding patient experience, professionalism, and seamless support of patient care.

Outside of work, Robyn enjoys a full and happy life with her husband of 33 years. They have lived in New Cumberland for the past 15 years and are proud parents of two wonderful grown children. Their family continues to grow with three beautiful grandchildren — and one more on the way!

In her free time, Robyn enjoys playing bingo, spending days at the beach, and riding her bicycle with her beloved 5-pound Chihuahua, who happily rides along in her basket.

Meet Laura. She’s a new patient at Beltone.

Laura is 37 years old and has lived with severe-to-profound hearing loss in both ears. Until now, she had been missing out on the clarity and connection that hearing aids can bring. Because the cost was out of reach, Laura applied to the Beltone Foundation — and we are thrilled to share that she was approved for a pair of hearing aids with premium-level technology, free of charge.

The Beltone Hearing Care Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that donates hearing aids to qualifying individuals who may not otherwise be able to afford them.

Meet Michelle!

Michelle Regel joined Beltone in Altoona as a Hearing Care Professional in February 2025. She brings years of experience in the hearing healthcare field, having previously worked with Lucid Hearing, HearingLife, and MDHearing. Before entering the industry, Michelle served as an Optician at Walmart and Sam’s Club.

What Michelle loves most about her role is witnessing the life-changing moment when patients are fitted with new hearing aids — whether it’s the joy of a first-time wearer or the renewed clarity for an experienced user. She finds deep fulfillment in seeing smiles, laughter, and sometimes even tears as the world comes alive again for her patients.

Michelle is passionate about continuing her education with the goal of earning her Doctorate in Audiology. She takes pride in the many patients she has already helped, and she considers each successful outcome — especially when patients leave happier than when they arrived — one of her greatest achievements.

Originally from central Pennsylvania, Michelle has lived in several communities including Howard, Bellefonte, Pittsburgh, Mechanicsburg, and Fallentimber. Outside of work, she enjoys riding her motorcycle, spending time with family, visiting her sister in Wyoming, creating diamond paintings, and caring for her Lionhead bunnies, Elvis and Priscilla. She also has an adventurous side, with dreams of ghost hunting and traveling the country on her motorcycle. A committed Christian, Michelle lives her life with a heart for helping others.
