Stop worrying about them.

EMDR doesn’t focus on analyzing someone else’s bad behavior.
It focuses on helping your brain process painful experiences and shift from a negative belief about yourself to a positive one.
Because healing isn’t about understanding them.
It’s about updating what your brain believes about you.
Active processing > passive understanding.
