How Humming Heals the Heart
There is a gentle way the body remembers safety.
Not through force,
but through vibration.
When I hum, I feel the sound move through my chest,
softly waking up the heart space.
The breath slows.
The mind quiets.
The body begins to trust again.
This is the simplicity of sound.
It doesn’t need to be complex to be powerful.
A few minutes of humming can shift the nervous system,
open the heart, and bring you back to yourself.
