At our most tangible level, we manifest this Essence in the quality of our bones, tissues, muscles and overall vitality. When the Essence or Jing is depleted, overall health is compromised. Our bodies Essence is consumed daily through various activites and lifestyle choices. Because each person has a unique balance between the factors that use up Essence and promote Essence, it is challenging to generalize about which is the best way to improve each person's health. Our Essence is something that deserves to be conserved and used carefully. After all, the more Essence we have, the more strength and longevity we enjoy. The Essence Acupuncture & Massage Clinic does not generalize your health. Each person is not the same and every problem is handled differently.
