Hello Everyone,

First I want to say thank you to those who became my clients for the time I ran my business. Without going too much into personal detail, I had to make a choice for my household/family to instead of slowly building this business as originally planned, desired, and prepared for. Unfortunately like happened right before I launched, I attempted to keep up the momentum to build my clientele as an LMT. For those that don't know, on average that can take 5 years, which my family and I were prepared for. What we were not prepared for was the event that came about right before launching here in Canaan, and with that my attempt to balance growing this small business and handling the issue within my personal life. Unfortunately this issue took most if not all my attention and energy that was intended to go into building this business, coordinating any events with local business owners, and anything else that could have brought me to a full time work level as a Massage Therapist. As the last year went on, it became increasingly apparent that I needed a full time job, comparable to the pay I was taking home for the clients I was seeing. I have and will continue to retail my LMT in hopes that someday I'll return to this field, as I love helping people find a way to love more comfterble and without pain.

Sadly though, when I took this full time job it became clear that the issue wasn't going away. To be clear it wasn't any sickness or inflation issue either, incase there was concern about exposure to anything like Covid, as I had always ensured to wear masks and take the proper precautions and beyond in some areas. Even as I write this post I'm still in the midst of this ongoing issue, though I do believe that end is in sight. That said, I pulled my table out of the space I was in late last year. Should I find myself renting space again, or coming to help another therapist at their own business I will post here.

Thank you, to those who liked my business page, supported my business, and who allowed me to help them through Massage to live a more pain free life with less stress while I was able.

With everything going on with Twitter, I do not have a business account through that social media. Only here, the number and email attached as well. With the current issues the social media is having, I felt it in everyone's interest to let you know I don't have and won't be moving to that platform. Stay safe, and relaxed. Book a massage to help destress from the chaos that is day to day life in this hectic world. Give yourself some self care :)

Moving forward I'm dropping my prices to $75 for a 60 minute massage and $105 for a 90 minute. Times avaialble will also be shifting in the coming weeks, but Saturday will remain unchanged. With the current economy, and financial burden placed on each person and family, I'm seeking to help you not have to chose between getting self care with massage or passing it up. It can help relieve symptoms of anxiety and depression. As we move into the colder months, remember to be kind to yourself, treat yourself, and care for yourself.

Back to School means added stress. Which means it's even more important for self-care. In anticipation of the stress of travel, grades, and school shopping, for the month of August all massage prices will be adjusted for $10 off. Meaning the 60 minute massage will be $75 and the 90 minute will be $105.

Message me today to get your session of self-care.

Self care is not optional, it is mandatory. Too often we put our self care needs last and our body keeps that score. We either end up sick, stressed, exhausted, drained, higher anxiety, restlessness, and more. Take the time to care for yourself. For some that's a night at the movies, others it's a good book, and for many massage. Reach out, schedule a massage and make the commitment to selfcare.
