Just as our body needs us to feed it nourishing foods to stay well, our mind also needs to be fed in a nourishing way.

We are making choices every single day when it comes to what we feed our minds.

All day long, all the people and things we interact with – they become a part of us. From our friends to our coworkers…from the social media posts we scroll through, to the TV shows we choose to watch…they all influence us and shape us and affect who we are and how we feel.
