My name is Gwen Stevens and I was introduced to energy work at a wellness festival 10 years ago and was instantly enthralled. I started taking classes in energy healing and became a Healing Touch Practitioner and a Reiki Practitioner. Recently, I added The Emotion Code® to my practice, and am loving how all these modalities complement each other to help with different aspects of our well-being. Since we are truly multi-dimensional creatures, if we balance, clear and connect our energy systems, it can help us on a deeper level than a purely physical one. It can get to the core of something that may be manifesting physically or emotionally.
