I love contests and that's why we have a bunch at the Kite Fest. Here's another one. If you received a flyer and have it posted at your business, break room, whatever; take a picture and post it in the comments. You will be entered in a drawing for a T Shirt and kite. Deadline is 8:00 Feb 28.

The last of the kites have arrived. Buy your kites at the festival, you will not find a better selection or prices. I have nothing but praise for Brainstorm Products in California. When the Kite Fest first started I would buy kites at Walmart, Toys R Us, the Dollar Store and resell them, but the selection became dull and the prices too high; so I contacted the company directly. "Hello, I have this little kite festival in Arkansas, would you sell me kites?" At the time we were only selling a couple hundred dollars worth, but they said yes. They have been wonderful to work with. I can order kites directly after the festival and they will hold them for me until just before the next festival and I don't have to pay until they ship. If they have a sale after I order and some of my kites are in the sale, they will adjust the price. Who does that??? They are one of the reasons I am able to make the Kite Festival so affordable. I resell the kites at cost.

UPDATE: It looks like I have a photographer, thanks to everyone who responded!
I lost my regular, wonderful Kite Fest photographer and need someone. Check out the pictures from last year to see what's needed,nothing fancy. I'll supply the memory card.

I am about to send the brochure to the printer. We lost a few sponsors this year and if anyone would like to sponsor, contact me. It's too late for the brochure, but we can include your logo on the sponsor banner. This event would not be possible without our wonderful, loyal, and generous sponsors.

Magnolia House donated the coffee station, but did not make the deadline for brochures and the sponsor banner, so we did a special presentation.
