Off-Season Throwing
The biggest mistake we see every year:
Too much throwing volume in too short of a time.
A proper off-season throwing program should:
• Progress slowly
• Start around 50–60% intensity
• Increase distance before velocity
• Prepare tissues before bullpens and position specific work.
Start light. You have time. Stay healthy for the season.
