Post-throw arm care matters. ⚾️
If your go-to is 20 minutes of ice after every outing, it might be time to rethink it.
After pitching, your tissues need circulation, nutrients, and proper stimulus to recover. Ice can temporarily numb soreness — but it also limits the blood flow your arm needs to heal.
Dry needling targets overworked muscles, improves local blood flow, and helps restore the neuromuscular system so you can bounce back quicker between appearances.
Don’t just calm the arm down — help it adapt.
Recover with intention.
