Something New Is Coming…

There’s something new and exciting launching inside this business—and it’s not just about a product.

It’s about expansion.

New innovations mean:
✨ More ways to support health and wellness
✨ More doors opened for families who need options
✨ More opportunity for people who want meaningful, values-aligned work
✨ More momentum behind a mission the world desperately needs

This isn’t a pivot away from what works.
It’s a natural evolution of it.

When a company continues to innovate without losing its soul—that’s something worth paying attention to.

The best gift I’ve given my family wasn’t a vacation…
It wasn’t a bigger house or more things.

It was investing—consistently—in our health and wellness.

Because when your mental health is supported…
When your nervous system isn’t constantly in fight-or-flight…
When your body actually has what it needs to regulate, rest, and recover…

✨ Everything else in life becomes more possible.

That’s the kind of ripple effect I believe in.
Health that sustains you.
Work that aligns with your values.
And impact that reaches beyond your own home.

What I love about this business is that it didn’t just help us buy better health—it allowed us to build it into our lifestyle.

And over time, that investment didn’t just support our family physically…
It began to pour back into our health and wellness financially, too.

That alignment—health, purpose, and provision—has been one of the greatest gifts of all.

💬 If you’ve ever wondered what it could look like to invest in your family’s wellness in a way that gives back—physically and financially—stay close. More to come.

Are you Chasing Calm or Becoming Calm?!

Ever experience how it’s hard to feel calm… even when you’re doing “all the right things”?

You’re stretching.
Breathing.
Grounding.
Maybe even doing yoga, red light, somatic work, or energy healing.

And yet…
Your body still feels tight.
Your mind still scans for danger.
Calm never quite sticks.

For a long time, I thought that meant I wasn’t doing enough—or wasn’t doing it right.

But here’s what I’ve learned (and what I wish more people were told):

Most nervous system tools are top-down.
They teach your mind how to relax.

But regulation that lasts is also bottom-up.
It’s created by chemistry.

You can’t breathe your way out of a biochemical deficit.

If your gut isn’t producing the signals that tell your brain you’re safe…
If inflammation is high…
If stress hormones aren’t clearing efficiently…

Your body will keep pulling you back into survival mode—no matter how much you meditate.

That’s why calm can feel fleeting.
That’s why you keep searching for the next modality.
Not because these tools don’t work—but because your body doesn’t have the resources to stay regulated.

Here’s the belief shift that changed everything for me:

Calm isn’t something you force.
It’s something your body allows when it finally feels supported.

When the gut-brain axis is nourished, calm becomes your baseline—not a moment you chase.

And the beautiful part?
All those practices you love?
They work better when your biology is on board.

If you’ve been doing the work and still feel unsettled, nothing is wrong with you.
Your nervous system may just be under-resourced—not broken.

And there is another way to feel calm… one that doesn’t require constant effort.

I’m talking all about this in the next Rise to Thrive Experience this month. If you’re ready to stop chasing calm and start BECOMING calm, send me a DM or comment RISE for how to get 🆓 access!

✨ My One Word for 2026 Is LISTEN

And I chose it prayerfully and intentionally.

I’m stepping into a new season of leadership—one that marks a clear shift into life and business coaching.

For years, my work has centered on education, support, and walking alongside families through mental and emotional health journeys. That work continues to shape me deeply.
But this next step is asking me to level up my leadership.

As I begin my life and business coaching certification this month, I’m learning that the most powerful tool I can offer isn’t more information—it’s presence.

True coaching starts with listening.

Scripture reminds us:

“Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak.” (James 1:19)

LISTEN is the skill I’m intentionally strengthening—not just professionally, but personally and spiritually.

This year I’m choosing to:
• listen before I lead
• listen to my body before my calendar
• listen deeply instead of rushing to fix
• listen for what God is asking of me

After years of growth, choosing joy in burnout, building wealth, and serving others, 2026 isn’t asking me to push harder.

It’s asking me to slow enough to discern.

“Be still, and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10)

I’m trusting that direction doesn’t always come through noise or urgency, but often through quiet clarity—

“After the fire came a gentle whisper.” (1 Kings 19:12)

So my prayer for this year is simple:

“Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening.” (1 Samuel 3:10)

LISTEN will be my filter.
My pause before yes.
My foundation as a coach.
And my posture as I step into this next chapter of leadership.

💭 What is shifting for you in this season—and what do you need more of as you step forward?

Drop your word below, or comment “LISTENING” if you’re still discerning.

This year doesn’t need to be louder.
It needs to be led with intention 💜
