I ask us to focus on the positive not just to be “nice”. There’s a lot of science behind the power of our focus, our attention. What we pay attention to is empowered by our energy we are giving it. So when I pay attention to what’s going wrong in the world I’m actually in a sense empowering what I don’t want to have happen. My attention is my life force energy, so I’m going to choose carefully what I give that to and today I’m challenging you to consider also the power of your attention. Stay in the moment and focus on what is right, sweet and beautiful in our world.

Drum Journey is Friday at 6-7:30. This is a great experience in simple drumming in a group for calming and connection.
