Is Past Life Regression right for you?
Past life regression is a process that enables access to a higher state of consciousness. In this higher state it's possible to connect with other incarnations you've experienced. It presupposes the idea that our soul is eternal, and who we are in this lifetime is just one personality among the many we have lived. As our soul takes its journey, there are imprints that carry from one life to the next. These imprints often serve as the impetus for our desire to heal certain things in this lifetime. During a past life regression, we make a quantum connection to our other selves, especially those whose experiences can help us heal, gain clarity and live more joyfully this time around.
