Born and raised in difficult, sometimes violent circumstances. Rose above this to become a successful mother, career woman, and friend to all. I spent 21 days at an Ashram in Hawaii to get my Yoga Teacher certification. I write about spiritual topics, consider myself of the Christian faith - though more spiritual than religious. Everyone is a teacher in my opinion. Fortune and grace have put a lot of good mentors in my path. Sometimes what I write may stir people up, however, it is never to bash. Just to challenge as I am challenged daily in my journey. I do write about Christianity, however not exclusively. I will not criticize other faiths, love to study various philosophies, and tend to apply some of these into my daily life. Keeping an open mind to all other beliefs. Again, we can all learn from each other. Comments are welcome. I love discussions. Feel free to be real with me. I don't think I know it all and I love a good challenge of thought.
