A Life in Balance A Life in Balance is Meg Wolff's new cookbook. And it's got a very interesting assortment of guest contributors, too. She believes it saved her life.

It's packed with healthy, plant-based recipes that are easy delicious and it includes great tips for getting and staying healthy. Meg Wolff is a very healthy, two-time survivor of cancer – bone and then breast cancer. Doctors gave her little hope after she'd been through all the traditional medical treatments. So she gave a healing macrobiotic diet a try. She eats a more modified plant-based diet now and remains very healthy 12 years out. A Life in Balance is her most recent book - a cookbook featuring plant-based recipes of her own and from her friends, both famous and not. This book makes cooking plant-based foods quick and easy!
