"🥑 Avocado Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps 🥗

These Avocado Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps are the epitome of fresh and flavorful! Packed with tender shredded chicken, creamy avocado, and a zesty Greek yogurt dressing, they make for a satisfying and healthy meal or snack.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 avocado, seeded, peeled, and diced
- 16 romaine or bib lettuce leaves

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, chopped onions, and lemon juice. Stir until the ingredients are well blended.
2. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper according to your taste preferences.
3. Carefully fold in the diced avocado to the mixture, ensuring it is distributed evenly throughout the salad.
4. Spoon the avocado chicken salad onto the center of each lettuce leaf, preparing them to serve as wraps.
5. Present the wraps immediately, or chill them briefly in the refrigerator before serving for an extra refreshing touch.
