Asanas inside a bamboo dome is something I need in my daily life.

Kurt Przybilla facilitated an incredible workshop teaching students how to build a bamboo dome from locally harvested bamboo from Doc Ruffner. Pretty rad stuff folks!

So grateful to connect and continue to be inspired throughout this festival…. Still time to join the fun!

Check this stunning .lazer installation on the waterfront at Bucky’s Haven! 🙏🙌✨ These beautiful masterpieces are now displayed at the Sharp Museum on campus! 😍

This week has been one for the books & it’s only half way through the Fuller Futures Festival. The amount of incredible beings who are in southern Illinois right now is electrifying! ⚡️🫨🌀🚀🌏
