This fall, we’re asking for your help to raise $150,000 to ensure that individuals and families across Western Colorado have access to the support they need to break free from addiction and begin a new way of life–regardless of ability to pay.

Whether you give $25 or $25,000: Your Donation Changes Lives

Here's what your gift can do:
🌻 $25 — Helps coordinate ongoing Peer-to-Peer support
🌻 $50 — Provides phone counseling for a client in need
🌻 $100 — Sponsors one day of intensive outpatient treatment
🌻 $250 — Sponsors one day of inpatient care
🌻 $500 — Helps a young adult in crisis get the assessments needed for assistance
🌻 $1,000 — Funds a full year of Therapeutic Aftercare
🌻 $2,500 — Provides a year of a follow-up with an aftercare plan post treatment
🌻 $5,000 — Sends an adult to 14 days of Residential Day Treatment
🌻 $10,000 — Sends an adult to 21 days of Inpatient Treatment
🌻 $15,000 — Sends a teen to 30 days of Residential Day Treatment
🌻 $20,000 — Sends a teen to a 30-day Inpatient Treatment Program
🌻 $25,000 — Sponsors a comprehensive assessment, In-Patient Treatment or Residential Day Treatment, and a year follow-up aftercare plan for a teen or adult
🌻 $50,000+ — Transforms multiple lives with full-spectrum recovery support

Entendiendo El Alcoholismo: Lo Que Las Familias Necesitan Saber.

En nuestra sexta reunión:

Aprenderemos a reconocer el alcoholismo como una enfermedad, no como una debilidad moral.
Exploraremos cómo el alcohol afecta el cerebro, el comportamiento y las
relaciones familiares, y hablaremos sobre cómo las familias pueden ofrecer apoyo sin perder su propia estabilidad emocional.
También haremos una breve introducción al tema de nuestra próxima sesión:
“Síndrome de Abstinencia y Desintoxicación Médica”, donde
profundizaremos en los riesgos y cuidados necesarios durante el proceso de dejar el alcohol.

Temas Principales:
🌻 ¿Qué es realmente el alcoholismo?
🌻 Cómo el alcohol cambia el cerebro y las emociones.
🌻 Señales de advertencia y cómo reconocerlas.
🌻 El impacto del alcoholismo en la familia.

This annual statewide movement of generosity helps support nonprofits (like us!) that are making a difference in communities across Colorado. Thank you to everyone who joined us and The Meeting Place Carbondale for our Annual Pumpkin Carving Party! What an amazing afternoon of creativity, laughter, and connection!

It was fun to see everyone’s artistic side come out in full fall force—from spooky to silly to downright impressive pumpkins—and to share pizza, candy, and conversation in a relaxed and welcoming space (thank you TMP!).

Events like this remind us why we do what we do. Your energy, spirit, and presence continue to show just how strong, resilient, and supportive our recovery community truly is.

We’re proud to partner with A Way Out to offer Family Engagement Counseling for Pitkin & Summit County families. This program provides guidance, education, tools, and compassionate support to help families navigate the challenges of addiction, while learning how to care for their loved one and themselves.

Our Family Engagement Program offers:
🌻 Individual & group counseling to strengthen communication and break the cycle of addiction
🌻 Education about substance use disorder, recovery, and how to identify and end enabling
🌻 Tools for repairing relationships and setting healthy boundaries
🌻 Personalized support to help each family member heal and better communicate their needs
🌻 Virtual & in-person sessions
