You don’t have to navigate the pain and uncertainty of a loved one’s substance use or mental health disorder alone. ✨ Join us Tuesdays at 6:00 PM ✨ for our Free Online Support Group designed to support individuals and families with loved ones who are struggling with substance use and mental health challenges.
Each session includes:
🌻 Education and tools for navigating your loved one’s challenges, including identifying enabling behaviors and setting healthy boundaries
🌻 Coping strategies for managing the emotional impact on you and your family
🌻 Support from others who understand what you’re going through
🌻 Resources for family members of all ages, including children
🌻 A safe, confidential space to share, learn, and grow
We’re here to provide you with the tools and support you need to understand the complexity of addiction, rebuild trust, and begin your own healing process.
