I wonder if you know,
the work your body has done today.
And every day.
How much disease it has fought off.
How many times it could have failed but battled on,
how many ways it could have broken but did not.

I wonder if you know,
the work your body has done today.
And every day.
And each day it has done this amazing job,
without your help,
without your approval,
your acceptance,
your kindness.

Each day it has soldiered on,
regardless of the constant stream of negativity,
pulsing its way from your brain to your cells.
Not good enough.
Not attractive enough.
Not the right shape.

Perhaps it’s time to see your body for what is truly is,
An amazing and mind-blowingly competent machine.
To get your soul to where it needs to be in this life.
To let you live.

I wonder if you know,

I recently announced that I would be setting up space at a local salon. Although the room was cozy and the women were welcoming, I kept going back & forth as to whether nor not it was the right move.
My bonus daughter, Jordan is a licensed esthetician and massage therapist. She is also on the homestretch to achieving her BSN with plans on becoming an aesthetic nurse.
Family comes first and I also take being a team player very seriously. I couldn’t work at one facility and make referrals to another. So, after some soul searching, I am eager to announce that I will be joining Jordan at Ultra Body Contour Med Spa!
My beautiful space is set up and ready to go. All that’s missing is YOU! I will still be offering a 10% discount to my fellow Northern Light employees. My next stretch of open availability begins March 23, but I may be able to get you in for an early morning or evening appointment before then. I’m offering a discount on Aroma Energy Sessions until the end of March. Message me directly or my business page for details or to book a session.
