Weighted Hula Hoops only $5! We have some that are buildable and then can be broken down and hung in it's own bag for easy storage that doesn't take up a lot of space. Easy to snap together and disassemble. People that have never been able to hula hoop with a non-weighted hula hoop usually can with a weighted one. Great core work and is fun. Check out videos in the comments. Hula hoops can be used for more than hooping. Think portable ballet bar, the instability challenges the core. Examples in comments. There are many youtube videos out there. Expand your fitness routines!

The last "Just Wat You Need" class took place Wednesday, December 18. We were missing quite a few due to all the Christmas program happenings but it was a good one.
More last classes take place this week. Come join us for the last Monday, 9 AM Zumba class and/or the last TRX and More class at 10AM. The last Rhythms class will take place on Tuesday at 10:15 AM. Everyone is welcome to attend!
Sue Kaiser is going to continue teaching Yoga Classes at a new location in the new year. We will post details later.
Also, we are having an open house gathering and equipment sale on Thursday, January 9th 9AM to Noon.
