🌟🌟BIG ANNOUNCEMENT🌟🌟

Grief has taught me three lessons: 1. You need support. 2. You need a space to express feelings. 3. You need a way to move the energy of grief up and out so you can navigate through it.

I've seen this proven true time and time again on the grief retreats I've attended and facilitated. So now, I'm taking a big leap of faith and developing my own retreat to help others do this. Retreats work!!

In partnership with The Retreat Ranch and Four Dimensions Wellness, I present to you this unique retreat geared toward women who are experiencing disenfranchised grief. Over the course of four nights and five days, my co-hosts and I will help you move from a space of hurting to a space of gratitude and healing. You will be held close in a cocoon of love and support.

One activity I'm really excited about involves horses!! Animals help us connect to ourselves and our pain through their unique senses and abilities. God's gift to us!
