With full hearts, we remember and honor Elizabeth (Beth) Auten, Dining Services Aide, who was named the Carlisle Associate of the Year posthumously at the annual meeting for Accura HealthCare.

Bethโ€™s work was never just a jobโ€”it was a calling. She took immense pride in the care she gave, showing genuine compassion and a deep love for the residents she served each day. Whether through a warm meal, a kind word, or simply her presence, Beth made people feel seen, valued, and at home.

Her absence is deeply felt, but her impact continues to live on in the lives she touched and the example she set for all of us.
It meant so much to share this moment with her family, her brother Dave and sister-in-law Sherry, as we honored a life that gave so much to others.

Beth will always be a part of our Accura family, and her legacy of compassion and care will never be forgotten. ๐Ÿ’™
