Today I reached a milestone on my weight loss journey... I am now weighing in at 199 pounds. WOW ! The last time I weighted 199 had to be in 8th grade. For a long time there was a lot of muscle, I was kind into athletics', that later in my life just became extra weight. BOO And then some, no, a lot. In my 60s now. It did take me a complete eating lifestyle change. Regular Exercise , No Supplements either. Just made choices on what to consume. Almost never do I feel like I am FULL, FULL. Satisfied is ok. Smoothies are good to and fun to experiment with.
Now I will make a new goal...
