One thing I have always been proud of is leaving a club with a structure and set-up to continue success. If your only focus is on personal achievement or promotion, you are failing yourself and your team. Team .carlsbad hit the “more-than-ever elusive” Triple crown with our new SSM Adrian in his first month. They are set up to continue this run into the new year and build on their successes. At the end of this week I will officially be given the title of General Manager. It’s been a long and fun road, and I am so thankful for how I have grown as a person, leader, and husband. A sincere thank you to everyone who has helped my journey and progression along the way: in the company, as well as outside the company. We do what we do to change lives, and I know mine has been changed significantly for the better, and I will continue to pass that blessing on to others. Sometimes you gotta go to grow! 🏪🤠 Thank you again for all the love and support from my amazing friends and family.
