We had an incredible collab event/workout with on Saturday!

Beginning with an outside HIIT circuit at Cool Creek Park, we ended with a contrast therapy sesh with the sauna and cold plunging. 🥵🥶🧊

Due to a massive spike in traffic we are out of towels.

We even increased our towel supply by 100+ towels this week!

We apologize for inconvenience and will get a refill on Monday.

🎄 Cold Plunge Studios Holiday Hours

• Saturday 12/23: Closing Early at 6PM
• Sunday 12/24: Closed (Christmas Eve)
• Monday 12/25: Closed (Christmas)
• Tuesday 12/26 Closed (Studio Deep Clean)
• Wednesday/Saturday: Regular Hours
• Sunday 12/31: Closed (New Years Eve)
• Monday 1/1: Closed (New Years Day)

We'll be closed Tuesday the 26th over this Christmas weekend as we'll be laying a new non-slip sealant starting tonight (12/23) to our Cold Plunge Room and doing a deep clean of the studio.

If you were previously booked for Saturday or Tuesday, we will reschedule you at your convenience, free of charge.
