What a night at the Indianapolis Integrative Forum! Defy’s very own Haley, NP and Mara, NP brought the energy with their talk “Choosing the Right Fit: Testosterone Therapy Personalized.”
Educators learned about testosterone’s role in men and women, the history and safety of TRT, and how to personalize treatment strategies. From creams and gels to pellets, oral, injections, troches, and intranasal options—they compared delivery methods, dosing, and cost in a way that made complex science approachable. The big takeaway: with proper monitoring and individualized care, TRT can be safe, effective, and empowering.
